We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

Emails you send us. If you write to hello@kadra.works, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Anonymous page statistics. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics to see how the site is read. It sets no cookies and identifies a visit only by an anonymised hash that changes every day, so we cannot tell who you are or follow you across sites. We see only totals: pages, referrers, country and device type.

We do not collect anything else and do not build a profile of you.

Why, and on what basis

Emails: to reply to you and hold the conversation you started. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and, if we start working together, the steps needed to enter into a contract.

Statistics: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

We do not send marketing, and we do not share, sell or transfer your information to anyone for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Emails: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If we start working together, the correspondence becomes part of that working relationship and is kept as long as our business records require.

Who else can see it

Service providers acting on our instructions:

• Vercel Inc. (hosting and page statistics)
• Zoho Corporation (email)

Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Email hello@kadra.works and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your information improperly, you may complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), at naih.hu.
